When you want to put a location under surveillance then you need a webcam set up like this one streaming from Gölyayla in northeast Turkey. Don’t expect to see much movement on these cams though, there’s not a lot to spy on other than the stunning scenery.

Gölyayla is a remote mountain village in the Riza province of the country and if it has a population, they’re camera shy. Keep your eyes peeled though and you may spot a stray dog sitting down to have a scratch behind its ear or the twitch of a goat’s tail as the herd passes by.
