Roman Catholic Church Webcam in Chudoba

This webcam is focused on what can only be called the most outstanding feature in the village of Chudoba in southwest Poland. The somewhat Gothic-looking Church of the Sacred Heart of Jesus is, in fact, the only outstanding feature in rural Chudoba.

Curiously, according to Wiktionary, Chudoba means thin, lean or poor in Polish or more curious still, scrawny horse. Forget waiting to see a scrawny horse appear, there’s none, scrawny or otherwise, around. Considering that translation, if this live feed was streaming from inside the church you might be surprised to see that it’s exceptionally opulent for a hamlet with a population of less than eight hundred. This church is definitely not experiencing poverty or going through lean times. Maybe it’s time to give Chudoba a new name.
