Zell am See is a small town in the Austrian alps that packs a big punch when it comes to scenery. Even the words breath-taking and awe-inspiring are an understatement.

The town is built on the shores of a massive expanse of glacial water, Lake Zell, and nestles between the twin-peaked Hoher Tenn massif. Better alpine vistas would be hard to find and Zell am See is so quintessentially quaint, it just fits in with the surrounding landscape as if Nature herself had built it.
