Tallinn does have thick fortress walls with round turrets, a 9th century castle, a 17th century cathedral and a surplus of museums, in fact, enough to make it a UNESCO World Heritage Site. There’s something else going on beneath that well-conserved historic facade though.

Tallinn, the capital of Estonia, is a world-leader in technological innovation. Just goes to show, you can’t judge a city by its looks. Somewhere behind those stone walls, there are modern and highly creative, genius brains working away on new tech-related developments.
