Harvard Science Center Plaza Webcam in Cambridge
The culinary arts are as much of a science as chemistry is. While they might not use Heston Blumenthal liquid nitrogen-style techniques on the dishes being served at the Bon Me food truck that parks up in the Harvard Science Center Plaza, they still get positive results.
While inside the Harvard Science Center the students study everything from astronomy to advanced mathematics and evolutionary biology, outside it’s the molecular structure of food that takes first place on the nightly curriculum. After a testing day the students can replenish their spent cells with some truly nourishing Asian cuisine. The days of stodgy hot dogs are long gone and have been replaced with scientifically sound- slurp worthy – miso ramen and nutritionally balanced rice bowls. What better way could there be to end a day?
