There’s plenty to see on these live feeds from the Lake Biwa webcams in Japan and it’s all awe-inspiring.

Through the Lake View live stream take a look at the tranquil waters of the country’s biggest freshwater lake. Across the lake in the distant background are the buildings of Otsu Port which has been harboring the lake’s boat traffic for nearly four centuries.

The streams of water you’ll spot spurting over a hundred and thirty feet into the air on the other side of the lake are from the Flower Fountain. You can get a closer look at one of the world’s longest fountains on the Flower Fountain webcam. The fountain occupies a breakwater at the port entrance and is impressive by day, but magnificent at night when it’s illuminated with a spectrum of colors.
