Plymouth Sound Webcam
Right on the border between Devon and Cornwall, Plymouth Sound (known as The Sound) is a bay on the English Channel.
Many naval and other large commercial ships pass through these waters. The Titanic was due to dock at The Sound on its return voyage and carried a picture of the area on board. Alas it wasn’t to be.
This webcam from the Marine Biological Association also features Smeaton’s Tower, an iconic memorial to engineer John Smeaton which is also a tourist attraction.
