Curling is a winter sport that’s been around since the 16th century. It may look like a simple game of shove ha’penny on ice, but it requires an awful lot of skill, dedication and a great brushing technique to get to Olympic Games standard.

Don’t be at all surprised if you find yourself gripping the arms of your chair while muttering will it, won’t it, will it, won’t it, as the stone slides across the ice toward the target.
