Circle Line Sightseeing Boat Webcams in New York City

If you thought you were visiting this live feed to get a glimpse of the London Underground, you’re in for a surprise – albeit a pleasant one. With these Circle Line webcams you won’t be watching trains rattling their way through dark tunnels carved into the subterranean world of the UK’s capital city, but something much more eye-pleasing, unless you’re a train fanatic obviously.

These Circle Line webcams will transport you, from wherever you are, across the Atlantic to the largest city in the US, New York, and take you on trips that, if you haven’t done them already, you may well want to add them to your bucket list. The Circle Line sightseeing boats have been operating for eighty years. While, not surprisingly, they’re not the same captains who originally set sail in 1945 to transport camera-clicking hordes of tourists, the sights the passengers see on these trips have remained pretty much unchanged over the years – discounting the addition of a few hundred skyscrapers.

Be aware though, these live feeds only work when the Circle Line boats are navigating their way around Manhattan Island. If they’re offline, the on-screen clock will tell you how long you’ll need to wait before you can go sightseeing in New York. Will it be worth the wait? The answer to that is definitely a big yes. You’ll get to see everything for free that everyone onboard has paid for so make the most of being a digital stowaway. It’s not a bad way to spend an hour or two. And don’t forget to wave at the Statue of Liberty as she goes by.
