The words Sint Maarten may look like a spelling mistake, but they’re not. They’re the name given to the Dutch half of the Caribbean island of Saint Martin.The other half belongs to the French and is called, yes, you guessed it Saint Martin.

The island, which is part of the Leeward Islands, isn’t exactly equally divided in two. The French own around 20% more of the eighty-seven square kilometre land mass than the Dutch do. But, strangely enough, more people choose to live on the smaller, southern side. After checking out the views on this collection of Sint Maarten webcams, you’ll probably agree that’s not surprising.
