The historic, sixty-four foot high lighthouse sits on the side of Beach Boulevard in Biloxi, Mississippi and serves as a warning to sailors navigating the Mississippi Sound.

In permanent operation since its installation in the mid-19th century, it’s weathered many a storm and even managed to stay upright during Hurricane Katrina. Yes, the bulbs have been changed since then, but the new ones still do the same as the old ones – flash on and off.
