Honolulu Views Overlooking the Ala Moana Center

The view on this webcam streaming from the Hawaiin capital, Honolulu, isn’t panoramic, but still delivers more than what should, realistically, be able to be crammed into one single focal point. If you were on vacation here and sent someone a picture postcard of this view, guaranteed, the recipient would turn green with envy.

Just a glance at the Ala Moana Center, the world’s largest open-air shopping mall, is one that would send any shopaholic into an envious frenzy. The teasing fragment of Ala Moana Beach that’s visible beyond it is enough to invoke a fit of jealousy in any beach-lover and have them rushing out to pick up the latest Hawaii travel brochures from the nearest agent. What the sight of the Ala Wai Boat Harbor, as distant as it may be, would do to a yachting fanatic is anyone’s guess.
