Tulsa Cityscape and Traffic Webcam

If you’ve dropped into this webcam streamed by News on 6 to check on traffic congestion in Tulsa, after a few minutes of viewing, you’ll probably still be none the wiser.

Rather than get an update on the state of  Tulsa’s traffic, you may well find yourself taking a scenic stroll, albeit digital, through one of the city’s park areas, the Gathering Place. It’s a tranquil urban green space alongside the Arkansas River where there are no vehicles to be seen. That’s all very pleasant, but not particularly useful if you want to know if there’s a hold up on the I-244 westbound. Keep popping back though as the view is updated when there’s any news to report. In the meantime, be grateful for the trees. They’re great for the environment and a lot less stressful to look at than traffic jams.
