Porthcawl Lifeboat Webcam
The Royal National Lifeboat Institute launches rescue boats from Porthcawl pier frequently and this is their excellent live webcam.
The stream allows you to rewind and see the beautiful sunrises and sunsets off the south Welsh coast. At the end of the pier in shot stands a white lighthouse, erected in 1860. It is still in use.
You’ll catch the stormy waves lapping over the pier, people playing chicken who should know better and tourists lapping up the lovely scenery.
