Which offers the best view is something only you can decide. Although that said, according to the Victoria tourist board, the city’s harbour and inner harbour is one of the most beautiful in the world. They may well be a little biassed on the subject though because, as you can see on these cams, they’re both as pretty as the proverbial picture and just as scenically eye-pleasing as each other.
