The “Great White” Rollercoaster Webcam from Wildwood

From a distance the Great White rollercoaster looks like the skeletal remains of some prehistoric sea monster that have washed up on the sands next to Morey’s Pier in Wildwood, New Jersey. Yes, this rollercoaster may be a bit of a dinosaur, it’s been operating for almost forty years, but it’s still an exhilarating ride.

The first thrill on the ride, a seven and a half metre drop into a blacked out tunnel, should be enough to get anyone’s adrenaline flowing. It doesn’t stop there though. Just as the passengers manage to get their breath back from that – things speed up. If you’re one of those who is not clinging on for dear life as the cars rattle down the thirty-two metre steep dip at fifty miles an hour or screaming your lungs out in fright – maybe you should consider taking up free fall skydiving for entertainment instead.
