Henry’s Fork River Webcam, Island Park

Henry’s Fork is a hundred and twenty-seven mile long river which flows through the city of Island Park and some of the most scenic areas of the state of Idaho.

The shallow, but fast flowing waterway cuts through the Caribou-Targhee National Forest before flowing into the Island Park Reservoir. The Island Park dam which bounds the reservoir was constructed in the late 1930s and is a national historic landmark.

The rocky rapids of Henry’s Fork provide an exciting challenge for whitewater rafters and kayakers as well as superb spots to enjoy some more sedate fly fishing.
