VMCC Ice Rink Webcams, Inver Grove Heights

If you’re looking for some fast and furious skating action you’ll find it with this live feed from the ice rinks at the VMCC Ice Rink Arena.

These two rinks in the Veterans Memorial Community Centre in the city of Inver Grove Heights in Minnesota is where the local ice hockey teams train and compete. There are also open skating sessions on the rinks and special hours for figure skaters when they can practise without running the risk of other skaters interrupting their triple axels.

There’s pretty much something happening on the rinks most of the time, but if you click into the west rink feed anytime between March to mid-October don’t be surprised if the rink surface has turned green. It’s not a case of poor maintenance. That’s the time when the rink is covered with artificial turf and used for other types of sports like indoor football as even the best skater can’t skate on turf.
