Webcams in Belarus

The former Russian Republic of Belarus has only recently declared its independence and still has many close ties with its former rulers. The capital city is Minsk. This landlocked country has five close neighbours including Latvia to the north and Russia to the east. Its main resource is forestry across its mainly flat and marshy land. Much of Belarus was affected by Chernobyl and its farmland continues to be affected by the nuclear fallout.
