Wales Webcams

This tiny country with a population of just 3 million has its own language which allows for some great unpronounceable signs along the scenic roads such as the town of Llanfairpwllgwyngyllgogerychwyrndrobwllllantysiliogogogoch! The capital city is the more pronounceable Cardiff, a busy port at the height of the Welsh mining era. Wales is known as the “Land of Song” producing many pop singers, choirs and wonderful amateur talent at the Eisteddfod music and arts festivals.

The coastline has some long sandy beaches and many Medieval castles at Harlech, Caernarvon, Conwy and Beaumaris which can still be visited or enjoyed from the Wales webcams. The mountainous beauty of Snowdonia is a walker’s paradise whilst further south the Brecon Beacons National Park also has some breathtaking scenery.
