Kent Webcams
Kent was originally known as Cantia which was derived from the Roman name for the area. This ancient county is on the south-east tip of England and is the closest point to France, hence the obvious choice for building the Channel Tunnel from here. Kent is known for its fruit and hop growing, with a proliferation of charming oast houses.
There are some great sights on the Kent webcams, including the White Cliffs of Dover and Canterbury Cathedral. The resorts of Margate and Ramsgate have been accommodating holiday makers for more than 250 years, including thousands of scooter enthusiasts who gather for the scooter rallies held here.
